Commitment is expected of a Lighthouse customer throughout the project timeline in several areas:
Feedback Cycle
Ongoing test/feedback cycle of new builds and UX wireframes. An assigned Navis Project Manager will facilitate regular feedback calls
Allow Reference
Permit Navis to reference how you have used the new product. This may involve a press release, a customer video, or a success story.
Sales
Commit to an ongoing subscription of the solution once it achieves general availability
Communication
Mutual attendance on feedback calls
